In addition to instructor based simulator training, the company will also offer wet rental of piston and turbine helicopters for time build needed for private and commercial rotary wing certifications, recurrancy and advanced pilot training. 60 Acre practice area adjacent to Simulator Center includes a lake for water pontoon landings, sling training for forestry and law enforcement agencies. New concept in combined utilization of high end simulators coupled with time build in real aircraft reduces pilot training costs significantly (by as much as 50% in some cases).
