Description
We're an up and coming rental car company with a proven team, a proven system, a great location and a unique concept that benefits from the economy. We allow credit challenged people to rent with the option to own and we have more customers than cars and current revenues that could support a loan of up to $250K paid back over 2 years based on current income and new revenue generated by the investment capital. The debt service would be approximately 20%-25% of the new income generated meaning that the $250,000 would generate over $50,000 per month in new income along with $350,000 to $400,000 in collateral through vehicle purchases that we would pledge as collateral.
You may ask why would we be willing to do this. The answer is that the current owners/financier is at their credit limit but we still have more customers than cars. We are growing faster than their credit lines can keep up. We currently have a great track record with an excellent pay history with our current lenders along with a proven track record of constant growth each month but WE ARE STILL MISSING OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE WE CAN'T SATISFY THE DEMAND! LAST MONTH WE MISSED OUT ON MORE MONEY THAN SOME COMPANIES MAKE!
Our goal is to position ourselves so we can obtain funding at very competitive rates so we can pass savings to our ever expanding customer base to increase our market share and competitive advantage. We will accomplish this goal by building a strong P/L Statement, Balance Sheet and strong credit over the next 1.5 years so we can secure unlimited funds to grow our organization from a local company to a nationwide rental car company eventually franchising.
