Description

We are in the paver liquidating business. I was just informed of about 220,000 square feet of discontinued and overstock pavers in the Chicago area. Currently we buy pavers for about 30 - 40 cents a square foot and have about 25 cents in freight. Total cost ranges from $65.00 - $75.00 per pallet. We currenly sell the pavers at a flat rate of $200.00 for non-tumbled and $250.00 for tumbled. I would liket to purchase the whole lot of pavers and set up a www.paverliquidators.com division in Chicago close to the point of origin to keep the cost down. We will need to lease a piece of property with at least an acre and a little office space. We have the potential of gross revenues of $500,000.00 and a cost of goods sold of about $75,000.00. Operating expenses would be approximately $125,000.00 for the year. The break even would be to sell about 900 pallets. That would leave us with the balance of the pavers being paid for. If we were to sell all of the pavers in the first year, we can realize a net profit at the most of $300,000.00. If it takes two years, then the net profit would still be around $175,000.00 at the most. Even if we have 15% stock left over at the end of year 1 or year 2, we can dump the material at cost. Either way, is seems to be a wise investment. I am currently running an operation in Ohio like this one. The first year we sold 500 pallets and are working on 600 pallets this year. Chicago is at least 3 times the size of Cleveland's market. If you are interested in the investment, Please call James Alfieri @ 216-244-3840 for further information.
