Seminole Enterprises Group, Inc., a US based mining and refining organization, in a Joint Venture with ARCHEM SA of Colombia SA, have three Municipal Waste Water treatment contracts for treatment of sewage waste water. The projects are in need of financing $9,000,000 in total equipment capital costs. We are seeking an investor partner for the amount of $4,500,000. The remainder of the capital we are financing through traditional equipment lease. The terms for the investor are 15% APR interest paid in monthly installments for 12 months in the amount of $56,250 per month and, 100% of the principal is paid after 12 months. Once the principal and interest is paid back in full after one year, the following nine years remaining of the contracts, the investor is granted 2% equity of the net profits, paid monthly. The investor will receive an interest in our receivables by irrevocable bank pay order as funds are received direct from each Municipality, our customers. 100% of the funds are also backed by the equipment used to treat the water.
