Our firm, the IRA Network LLC, is a Business Development and Consulting Company. As such, we are acting on instructions from our client to publish this brief overview of their project to accredited investors, Mr. Steve Johnson of Discoverplaces, LLC. The Library Channel, LLC DBA DiscoverPlaces.com has been a leader in the Community Portal industry since 2003. DiscoverPlaces is leveraging years of experience with Web based Community Portals and relationships with traditional media firms to create a new online programming service. Over one million dollars has been invested in the business to date. The current DiscoverPlaces.com Community Portal product allows for cities of all sizes to establish an internet presence and facilitates the sharing of community information such as local businesses, schools, entertainment, employment, etc. The Company will expand their InfoCenter territory in a logical manner in order to create a strong and unified presence in all of the major mid-sized communities and a number of other targeted communities primarily, but not exclusively, in Illinois. The primary product of DiscoverPlaces.com, the Community Online™, is an interactive reflection of the actual physical community it serves. It is both a portal, and entry point, to a comprehensive collection of Web sites from the region and a place for interaction, networking, and activities of the community's users.
