Fairways/Roughs & Greens, LLC a golf center that will provide golfers a chance to play on the top championship courses in the world without the travel. We will be utilizing the ’ Full Swing Golf “ systems to challenge all levels of play. These simulators will have between 40 to 60 championship courses available to choose from. These systems are capable be set up for practice, whether it’s to practice your drive, chipping onto the green, or putting. These systems will also include sound effects from cheering crowds to birds. Golfers will use their own clubs to drive, chip, and putt. No special clubs or balls are needed to play. Scores, distance to the green, handicaps, and team standings will be projected onto the screen. Advertisements will also be projected onto the screen on different tees. The manufacturer provides the maintenance on the equipment and downloads new courses when they become available. This facility will also have a putting green for practice. The putting green will consist of 5 cups and slopes for more realistic practice. Also included will be a Club Room, Pro Shop and a Executive Board Room. With over 125,000 registered golfers in the area are facing fewer courses and limited playing time.
