Funds requested will be used to purchase REO properties and rehab them for sale. We have a list of deeply discounted properties that can be purchased at 35-70% below market value. We will sell these properties on land contract(self finance)to eliminate the need for outside finance and heavy down payments which block most for qualifing for purchase in order to give us a better turn around time. Advertisement will begin at closing to move them to close to end buyer in 45-60 days. We offer a 50/50 split when sale is made and/or a 50% share in rental income profits.
