Description

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has agreed to grant franchise rights to DRE Partners to develop a 160 room Wyndham Garden Hotel on the site.
The property is located on three contiguous sites totling 3.7 acres (1200 Old Elkridge Landing Road, 1120 Old Elkridge Landing Road and a site indentified as Map 3, Grid 11, Parcel 157, Lot 4).
The property currently is zoned W-1 and water and sewer accessible.
The site in located approximately 7 miles from Baltimore Washington International Airport and is the path of several other demand generators.
Site currently under contract.
DRE Partners will act as project manager and will be ultimately be responsible for the success of the project.
Financing
Seeking $2 Million in equity capital from an experienced real estate investor seeking a above average return on cash and equity position in a brand hotel. $23M in debt/equity is currently committed.
The approximate development cost of the project is approximately $25 Million.
