Description
Existing six year old Central Florida based Manufacturer of fixed and rotary wing flight simulators is expanding. Company is a qualified DoD Disabled Veteran Owned organization registered and authorized to do business with the Department of Defense, Federal and State Governments, Department of Homeland Security.
The rompany recently expanded it’s operations and moved into new hanger located at the Orlando Sanford International Airport where it has opened a new Helicopter Simulation Center and Rotor Wing Flight Training operation.
The Facility includes FULL MOTION Helicopter simulators (Bell 206B Jet Ranger) and Non motion EC 350 Eurocopter used to reduce the high cost associated with training in a real aircraft. In addition to instructor based simulator training, the company will also offer wet rental of piston and turbine helicopters for time build needed for private and commercial rotary wing certifications, recurrancy and advanced pilot training.
60 Acre practice area adjacent to Simulator Center includes a lake for water pontoon landings, sling training for forestry and law enforcement agencies. New concept in combined utilization of high end simulators coupled with time build in real aircraft reduces pilot training costs significantly (by as much as 50% in some cases).
Company looking for investment partners. Company has over $1.8M currently invested in simulator hardware and facilities. Will offer ownership position in the company.

Contract For New Flight Control System Design and Fabrication
