Sun State Organics, LLC (SSO) is an Ocala, Florida based manufacturing company. SSO has a combined 40 years of experience in composting and the manufacturing industry. SSO holds an exclusive License for its revolutionary Rotary Composters, designed, fabricated and patented by Harry Windle – one of the partners in SSO.
In the United States alone, 230 million tons of discarded products are landfilled annually. At least 70% of these resources are organic materials such as paper, wood, food, leaves, and grass clippings. Nearly all of the 160 million tons per year can be recycled as compost, a renewable carbon resource.
Our equipment line provides organic waste generators with a less expensive, reliable and easy way to convert agricultural residuals into valuable by-products instead of landfilling. No need for permits, expensive training or infrastructure. The Rotary Composter has out performed the competition for almost ten years. SSO will redesign many modifications and improvements into its patentable Mach 2 units. Targets for SSO’s recycling/composting products/services include; Municipalities, waste authorities, commercial, industrial, residential disposers and waste generators.
SSO will design, manufacture, sell and distribute renewable resource conversion equipment on a small scale and grow into a major farm equipment manufacturer with regional facilities. SSO will license distributors of its products overseas in exchange for franchise rights and royalties based on unit sales. SSO is building this company for sale to a public or private company.
SSO is seeking a $500,000. We require a 20-30,000 sq. ft. facility to accommodate product development and engineering, a tool shop, quality assurance area, inventory storage and administrative offices.
