Do you list who the investors are?
Ajax is a group of inter-related web development techniques used for creating interactive web applications. A primary characteristic is the increased responsiveness and interactiveness of web pages achieved by exchanging small amounts of data with the server "behind the scenes" so that the entire web page does not have to be reloaded each time the user performs an action. This is intended to increase the web page's interactivity, speed, functionality, and usability.

How can I make my post more appealing to investors?
Our best advice is to use clear and concise language that is easily understood. Typographical errors and confusing text are among the first things an investor will notice when reviewing your post. How do I avoid scams while seeking funding?
The easiest way to avoid scams is to use common sense. If a potential investor asks you for money that is typically a sign that something is wrong. For example, the so-called "Nigerian Scam" has used this technique to swindle millions of dollars from an unwary public. In addition, if someone is making an initial contact asks you via email for personal information unrelated to your business, such as your personal bank information, your date of birth and social security number; you should be suspicious.

All users of the internet should be well versed in the article titled "How To Avoid Internet Scams" published by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on its website: http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/cyberfraud.htm.

We ask all users to report any suspicious or fraudulent conduct on our website to: abuse@RaiseCapital.com.
Do you have any success stories?
Protecting the privacy of our registered investors is very important to us at RaiseCapital.com. However, there is no requirement that a member notify us if they have received funding. Many investors are understandably reluctant to publicize their funding efforts as they wish to avoid an avalanche of funding requests from other entrepreneurs. In addition, many investors will require members to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of funding.
I am concerned someone may try to copy my business idea?
If your concerned about your idea being copied, then you might consider revealing only enough information with respect to your business idea to garner interest from investors. However, there should not be any disclosures that would allow someone to misappropriate your idea. If you have such concerns, then once an investor contacts you, you might want to consider asking him/her to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before you fully reveal your product or business idea in full detail. Please feel free to review a sample confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Many business ideas that are posted on the RaiseCapital.com website do not lend themselves to copying, in such circumstances a confidentiality agreement many not be necessary.
